Hosted by Bob Spour and Richard Yeomans this is the first Course of its kind, in which Bob & Richard combine their Self Protection expertise and NLP training to produce the series of Ultimate Self Protection Master classes. Each month Bob and Richard will take the student through the techniques and principles of effective Self Protection. Bob is a leading Chief Instructor in Muay Thai, Black Belt in Goju and Shotokan karate, Author, TV Presenter, NLP Trainer and Military Instructor. With 42 years experience, ranging from time with the Special Forces to his present day training of Bodyguards, doormen and the general public he is considered to be one of the best Instructors in the world today. Richard has worked with Bob extensively and has been teaching and training for over 25 years. His areas of expertise include: Boxing, Thai Boxing, Olympic Freestyle Wrestling and Submission Grappling.
Each month you are challenged and tested for Attitude and Physical Ability. By the end of the course you will have a greater understanding of yourself, your abilities and how you fit in with your environment. You will be able to generate an ‘attitude’ that will both protect you and enhance your life in every area. You will also receive a recognised Self protection qualification.
Practitioners who show real ability and excellence in attitude will also be ‘invited’ to take part in the Instructors programme. This is by invitation only as we wish to maintain a very high standard within the group. We are not another organisation setting up shop!
